Catering FAQ
Can I earn Freddy’s Rewards points on catering? Can I redeem a reward?
If you place a catering order when logged into your Freddy’s Rewards account, you will receive Freddy’s Rewards points from that order. At this time, there are no rewards available for catering.
How much advance notice is required for a catering order?
Catering orders under $500 must be placed 2 hours before they are ready. Orders between $500 and $1,500 must be placed 20 hours before they are ready. Orders over $1,500 must be placed 68 hours before they are ready.
Do you offer gluten free or other allergy free options?
While we do offer a gluten sensitive lettuce wrap option, cross contamination may occur. Multiple types of other allergens may also be present in the restaurant (such as nuts). Please visit our Nutrition & Allergens page for more information.
Can I have my catering order served to my Guests?
We do not currently offer onsite catering services. Please reach out to the restaurant you are ordering from with any questions you may have.
