October 17, 2023

ROYERSFORD, Pa. –  Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers®, a fast-casual restaurant concept, opens Tuesday, Oct. 17, at 70 Buckwalter Rd., Ste. 1500. Freddy’s is known for its cooked-to-order steakburgers made with lean 100 percent ground beef, all-beef hot dogs, crispy shoestring fries and frozen custard treats made with freshly churned chocolate or vanilla frozen custard.

Our new location is situated near the highway where there’s a steady flow of traffic through the area, and it’s close to a wide variety of retail businesses and restaurants, making it a great place to call home for Freddy’s,” said Matt Melvin, franchise owner. “We’re excited to enter this dynamic neighborhood and bring delicious, cooked-to-order food to the surrounding businesses and residents.”

The 2,308 square-foot, freestanding restaurant seats 88 guests, has additional seating on the patio and drive-thru service. Mobile ordering through the Freddy’s app and website is also available. Hours of operation are 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

“Our focus on premium menu items, genuine hospitality and fast, friendly service makes us a desirable lunch and dinner choice for those who live, work and attend school in the area,” said Melvin. “We’re a convenient stop for area shoppers to grab a quick bite to eat, and we’re also a great spot for families and groups to meet up after sports games and other events.”
